1. What stays on your device
Calculator equations, Tool inputs, calculation results, Tape entries, and notes are stored locally. Span64 does not upload this content to Irakai Studio or include it in analytics or crash reports.
2. Purchases
Apple processes payments for the Span64 Pro non-consumable purchase. RevenueCat helps Span64 verify and restore access. This may involve purchase history and a pseudonymous app user identifier. It is not linked to a Span64 account because Span64 has no account system.
3. Optional telemetry
Telemetry is off by default. If you turn it on in Settings, Span64 may send a randomly generated installation identifier and limited product interaction events to PostHog EU for analytics. Span64 may also send crash data to Sentry so Irakai Studio can diagnose app failures.
Optional telemetry never includes your measurements, equations, Tape entries, notes, calculation results, name, email address, or precise location. Span64 does not enable performance monitoring; optional telemetry is limited to the events and crash data described above.
4. Tracking and advertising
Span64 does not track you across apps or websites, serve advertising, sell personal data, or share data with data brokers. It does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.
5. Service providers
Span64 relies on Apple for App Store purchases, RevenueCat for entitlement verification, PostHog EU for optional product analytics, Sentry for optional crash diagnostics, and Cloudflare to deliver this public website. Persistent Cloudflare Worker invocation logs are disabled. Each provider processes only the limited information needed for those purposes. Their applicable contractual and data-processing terms require the same or equivalent protection described in this policy.
6. Retention and deletion
Local calculations and saved work are retained on your device until you delete them or remove Span64, subject to Apple's device and backup behavior. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat while needed to verify the lifetime unlock, restore it, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics and crash information is retained only while needed to understand product use or diagnose failures, then deleted or anonymized.
Disable telemetry in Settings at any time to stop future optional collection. To request deletion of information within Irakai Studio's control, email roberto@irakai.com. We will delete data we can reasonably locate and instruct our processors to do the same, except where retention is required by law. Because optional telemetry is pseudonymous and contains no contact details, some events may not be attributable to a specific person. Apple controls deletion of records held under your Apple Account.
7. Children
Span64 is a general-audience construction utility and is not directed to children. Irakai Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Span64.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Span64 or its providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. For privacy questions, email roberto@irakai.com.
